It's arguable that you could get more useful physical capacity from all the games you could play with a Prowler than with any other single piece of fitness/strengh gear available. Add some pullups, a couple unweighted sprints, and perhaps a cheap set of plates/bar for deadlifting and you could be ready for nearly anything.
