WOD Thursday 19 August, Deadlift & Baseline

Execute a 5 rep max deadlift, then:

Row 500m, 40 squats, 30 situps, 20 pushups, 10 pullups

Record your 5 rep max deadlift, and your time for the 'baseline'; make note of how much you scaled the pullups, if you used the gravitron.

    @300ish m, the row got really tough.
    Aerobically challenging; huffing afterwards.

  4. Thanks for posting and nicely done! I was very proud of T's 135x5, and of Star's last four reps at 135 when the first rep seemed like it was too much. Nick - look forward to seeing where you can take the sumo deadlift!
